2. Data We Collect

We may collect and process the following data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service:

• Email address (account access and support)

• Subscription status and credit usage

• Uploaded question images or text submitted by users

• Limited usage metadata required for security, billing, and abuse prevention

3. AI Processing and Infrastructure

Uploaded images and text are processed securely using third-party artificial intelligence providers. The application infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform.

• Uploaded images, files and text are used to generate responses, and to improve the questions and marking GetMoreMarks provides

• Uploads are not used to train third-party AI models

• Uploaded files are stored securely on Google Cloud Platform

• Work you generate is saved to your account so you can view it again in Get History

4. Data Retention

We retain only the minimum data necessary to operate the service.

• Uploaded files and the work generated from them are kept until you ask for them to be deleted

• Usage logs and metadata are retained for a limited period for operational, security, and billing purposes, then deleted or anonymised

5. Children and Students

This app may be used by students under the age of 18, including users under 13 with parental permission.

• No behavioural advertising or profiling is performed

• Personal data is not sold or used for marketing purposes

• Parents or guardians may request access to or deletion of a child’s data by contacting us

6. Data Sharing

We share personal data only with parties necessary to operate the service, including:

• Stripe (payments and subscriptions)

• Artificial intelligence processing providers

• Google Cloud Platform (cloud hosting and infrastructure)

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. User Rights

Users, or parents/guardians where applicable, have the right to:

• Access their personal data

• Request correction or deletion

• Withdraw consent where applicable
