OCR codes are J for GCSE and H for A-Level, each followed by 3 digits: J247 for GCSE Biology, H420 for A-Level, and so on.
Sciences are where OCR gets confusing: there's a Gateway route and a Twenty First Century route for GCSE sciences, both still live, and the code alone doesn't tell you which one your child is sitting. Check the code on their exam entry or ask their teacher which route the school teaches.
OCR's own website doesn't follow a single URL pattern the way some boards do, so the safest way to reach the right page is the link below, not a guess at the address.
Most subjects here carry the paper breakdown too: number of papers, length, marks on offer, so you can see exactly what your child sits and when.
