Get More Marks is an educational support application that provides AI-generated example answers, mark-scheme-style guidance, and optional tutor explanations. The service is intended solely to support study and revision and does not replace teachers, tutors, examiners, or official exam board marking.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or correctness of AI-generated responses

• Alignment with any specific exam board, specification, or official mark scheme

• That use of the app will result in improved grades, marks, or exam outcomes

All examinations and assessments are marked at the sole discretion of the relevant awarding bodies.

3. AI-Generated Content

All responses provided by the app are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or simplifications. Content is provided for educational guidance only and must be independently reviewed by the user before being relied upon for academic work.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales:

• We are not liable for academic outcomes, lost marks, grades, or exam results

• We are not liable for reliance on AI-generated content

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim

5. Subscriptions and Credits

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the Stripe billing portal

• Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle

• Credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated

• Bonus credits are non-refundable and usable only while an active subscription is maintained

6. Refunds

All payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Stripe in accordance with their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Account Use

• One active login is permitted per account

• Account sharing is prohibited

• Excessive usage, misuse, abuse, or attempts to bypass credit limits may result in suspension or termination without refund

8. Children and Students

The app may be used by students under the age of 18. Users under the age of 13 may only use the app with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring use and may contact us regarding data access or deletion.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Uploaded images and text are processed securely using third-party artificial intelligence providers. The application infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform.

• Uploaded images and text are used only to generate responses

• Images are not used to train AI models

• Images are deleted automatically after processing

• Generated answers are not permanently stored to individual user profiles

4. Data Retention

We retain only the minimum data necessary to operate the service.

• Uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing

• Usage logs and metadata are retained for a limited period for operational, security, and billing purposes, then deleted or anonymised

5. Children and Students

This app may be used by students under the age of 18, including users under 13 with parental permission.

• No behavioural advertising or profiling is performed

• Personal data is not sold or used for marketing purposes

• Parents or guardians may request access to or deletion of a child's data by contacting us

6. Data Sharing

We share personal data only with parties necessary to operate the service, including:

• Stripe (payments and subscriptions)

• Artificial intelligence processing providers

• Google Cloud Platform (cloud hosting and infrastructure)

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. User Rights

Users, or parents/guardians where applicable, have the right to:

• Access their personal data

• Request correction or deletion

• Withdraw consent where applicable
